Hello, my name is Rena Page, I am the founder and CEO of the Save Our Sis nonprofit organization based out of Cincinnati, Oh where I was born and raised. I started this organization after a tumultuous relationship I experienced with a narcissist. At the time, I had never experienced anything like that before in my life and the naive side of me never even knew people like that existed in the world, however I had a rude awakening. Going through such an experience woke something up inside of me, not only did I want to understand why I went through such an experience, but I needed to know everything about narcissistic abuse. I needed to know how to eliminate the effects of narcissistic abuse, since I already experienced the affects of the abuse and trauma caused by the abuse. On my journey of knowledge and understanding I discovered the murky waters in which we tread under these circumstances, and I know that if it wasn’t for God I never would have made it and I felt an overwhelming need to want to help others in the same situation. My passion for wanting to teach others how to understand, how to heal, and how to move on is personal. Understand this can happen to the best of us and if we talk about it more, you’ll see it happens to a lot of us, you’re not alone sis.
